The goal of this Hearthstone Shaman OTK combo deck is to use Diligent Notetaker combined with Electra Stormsurge! We do this by having a Doomhammer equipped. Then, we play Electra Stormsurge, double Diligent Notetaker, and quadruple Rockbiter Weapon! This will buff Doomhammer to 17 attack for the 34 damage OTK! Super fun meme deck! Good luck!
