We do this by playing Theotar the Mad Duke to give the opponent Cult Neophyte! Then, the opponent plays the Cult Neophyte and we play Tamsin, Stonetusk Boar, and up to 10 copies of Power Overwhelming for the OTK! Super fun meme deck! Good luck!
