Ever heard of Fel Reaver? That 5 mana 8/8 that burns 3 cards whenever your opponent plays a card. Well, Keening Banshee does the same thing for 1 mana less but she burns cards whenever you play cards instead making it far worse because you have to rely on your opponent to play cards after you gave them Banshee
All in all in all in all in all the card is not good but it interesting to see how game play out when you give your opponent the card on turn 7 and save the emperor tick that you usually need when using Fel Reaver. In short, your opponent has no idea how to react to it and probably misplays as they are put into a situation they have not been in before
