Windfall Tornado is a Tier 4 Elemental that lets you discover an Elemental and give its stats to the Elemental. This effect happens once you sell the Tornado so normally you get the effect only once. If you get a golden version of it, you get to discover 2 cards. If you are rich enough, you can keep on finding the Mutanus spell to eat your whole board on a golden Windfall Tornado, which will give you exponential scaling. Theoretically sounds cool but realistically you need not only to have amazing economy but also to have some skills to pull it off so make sure to watch until the end!
