Blastoise hit top 10 legend with this Hakkar Control Shaman list. This deck is pretty nutty. It does have a steep learning curve as the playstyle is really different. This is also super expensive so be careful crafting it. It feels really really strong though, I wonder if it’ll overtake control warrior as the best control deck!
