Blizzard is doubling down on censorship yet again and banning the American University Hearthstone Team for holding up a poster on camera that read “Free Hong Kong! Boycott Blizzard” during the grand masters tournament. Blizzard has now banned the team for 6 months from competing in professional hearthstone esports after they had already resigned from the season in support of BlitzChung. This comes just days after Blizzard issued probably the worst non apology statement in the history of gaming addressing the BlitzChung Ban and subsequent boycott and protest of Blizzard. This situation is still developing and Blizzard is doing a great job of digging their own grave.
