This Gallery Priest that Kingping made is surprisingly decent. The patch does hit today, but I feel like this deck will still do alright. Holy Ripple with Velen and Malygos feels pretty good! Plus you got Holy Nova and Smite for a little more reach. Also keep in mind that with Velen, Penance will do 6 damage, but heal 12.
