Temporal Tampering is a Quest reward from Sire Denathrius that casts Tavern spells twice and Book of Medivh is both a Lesser and Greater trinket that lets you discover and cast Tavern spells. I managed to get 2 Greater Book of Medivhs and combine this with Temporal Tampering, I was getting 8 free Tavern spells each turn. This is an amazing combo because you get both tempo and economy. From that spot, you can basically choose what comp you want to play so make sure to watch until the end!
